ABOUT ME

My Story

I'm a registered children's nurse, former-BBC News journalist, mental health advocate and peer support worker. I've worked in China, Italy, Tanzania, London and Cumbria.

I gave birth to my daughter in 2018 and have since shared my experiences of mental illness and worked for the Happy Mums Foundation.
